Brief:
To provide the design, installation, dressing & all associated services, ie. electrical extras, internet connectivity, graphics production & furniture hire for a total of 63 individual stands as a mix of enhanced shell scheme & traditional build.

Additionally to design & set dress an 800 capacity auditorium.

Solution:
Utilising an enhanced shell scheme system with specially designed identity panels & end cap finishes. Fully rigged with drape & carpet to complete hall area of over 1500sqm, supply all extras as per brief & completely project manage throughout the 2 day event.

Additional undertaking was to create a private speakers room in the venue foyer, with all operations being completed within a 2 day build period taking 32 working hours.
